We make it easy for you to shop from your favorite U.S.-based online stores (like Amazon, SHEIN, and Fashion Nova) and have your items delivered straight to your doorstep in Guyana.

Here's how it works:

  • Shop online and use our U.S. mailbox address as your shipping address.
  • Your packages will arrive at our U.S.-based warehouse, managed by Guyana Freight Services Inc.
  • We consolidate your orders (if needed), handle customs clearance, and ship your items to Guyana.
  • Once cleared, your items are delivered to your address in Guyana.
After signing up you will receive a mailbox address. When shopping online use the following address:

Once your package arrives at the U.S. warehouse:
  • It will be processed and consolidated with any other orders you may have (if applicable).
  • The package will then be shipped to Guyana on the next available flight (Mondays and Thursdays).
  • Customs clearance is handled by Guyana Freight Services Inc., and your items will be cleared on Tuesdays and Fridays.
You'll only pay for:
  • Freight Handling: The cost of shipping your package from the U.S. to Guyana.
  • VAT (Value Added Tax): Calculated based on the value of your item and paid after customs clearance.
  • No hidden fees: What you see is what you pay!
  • Flights depart the U.S. on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Customs clearance happens on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • After clearance, your package will be delivered to your address in Guyana within 1–2 business days.

Upon invoicing, customers have 4 days to collect their packages. From Day 5 onwards, storage fees of $500 GYD per day will apply.

We recommend collecting your packages promptly to avoid additional storage fees.

Not yet! Currently, we only offer air freight services. However, we're exploring options for ocean freight in the future to better serve our customers with larger shipments.

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely. However, if something goes wrong:
  • Notify us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
  • We'll have an investigation done by the warehouse and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

We don't have a real-time tracking portal yet. However, you'll receive an email notification when your package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, as well as updates when it leaves the U.S. and when it arrives in Guyana. We'll keep you informed every step of the way!

Certain items are prohibited or restricted due to customs regulations. These include:
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, explosives)
  • Perishable goods (unless refrigerated shipping becomes available)
  • Illegal or counterfeit items
