Guyana.

Our partner, Guyana Freight Services Inc., manages the U.S.-based
warehouse, customs clearance, and local delivery in Guyana.
2. Responsibilities of Customers

Ensure all items purchased comply with Guyana’s import
regulations.

Provide accurate and complete information when signing up or
placing orders.

Pay all applicable fees (freight handling and VAT) upon arrival of
your package in Guyana.
3. Shipping Schedule

Packages are shipped from the U.S. on Mondays and Thursdays.
- Customs clearance occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Delivery to your address in Guyana typically takes 1–2 business
days after clearance.
4. Costs and Payments
- You are responsible for paying:

Freight Handling: Based on the weight/volume of your package.

VAT: Calculated according to Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA)
guidelines.

Payments must be made before your package is released for
delivery.
5. Prohibited Items
- Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, weapons)

Perishable goods (unless refrigerated shipping becomes available)
- Illegal or counterfeit items
- Any item restricted by Guyana customs laws
6. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, public
holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not
responsible for damage or loss caused by third-party carriers or
natural disasters.

For lost or damaged items, claims must be submitted within 7 days
of delivery.
7. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are not issued for services rendered unless there is a
proven error on our part.
