1. Service Overview

  • We provide a seamless service for importing goods from the U.S. to Guyana.
  • Our partner, Guyana Freight Services Inc., manages the U.S.-based warehouse, customs clearance, and local delivery in Guyana.

2. Responsibilities of Customers

  • Ensure all items purchased comply with Guyana’s import regulations.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when signing up or placing orders.
  • Pay all applicable fees (freight handling and VAT) upon arrival of your package in Guyana.

3. Shipping Schedule

  • Packages are shipped from the U.S. on Mondays and Thursdays.
  • Customs clearance occurs on Tuesdays and Fridays.
  • Delivery to your address in Guyana typically takes 1–2 business days after clearance.

4. Costs and Payments

  • You are responsible for paying:
    • Freight Handling: Based on the weight/volume of your package.
    • VAT: Calculated according to Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) guidelines.
  • Payments must be made before your package is released for delivery.

5. Prohibited Items

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, weapons)
  • Perishable goods (unless refrigerated shipping becomes available)
  • Illegal or counterfeit items
  • Any item restricted by Guyana customs laws

6. Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for damage or loss caused by third-party carriers or natural disasters.
  • For lost or damaged items, claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

7. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds are not issued for services rendered unless there is a proven error on our part.
